My work

My work grows from close observation of nature and from a way of living that values presence. I am drawn to the slow process of hand-building, where each movement of the hand remains visible in the finished piece.
Every object is made individually, shaped with patience, and finished with sculpted botanical details.

Presence

Presence, for me, is both a way of making and a way of living. It is found in truly listening to the people around us, in meeting life with curiosity and openness, and in noticing the small, quiet things we usually pass by. My work grows from that same attention — from slowing down enough to see what is already there.

Process

Each piece is hand-built using the pinching technique, allowing the form to grow slowly beneath my hands. I am interested in this slow development — in how a piece changes through touch rather than control. Every flower and leaf is sculpted individually after observing real plants, so that each surface becomes a record of attention.

Connection

Every piece leaves my studio carrying something deeply personal: my hands, my time, and the way I see the world. I believe handmade objects allow us to live alongside the quiet presence of another human being. They remind us that behind every mark in the clay is a person who gave part of their life to making something that will become part of someone else's life.
